Ganga Nagar, Kodambakkam

General Specifications
Structure
R.C.C framed structure. 9”Brickwork
for External walls and 4.5” Brickwork for internal walls
with plastering on both sides.
Flooring
2’x2’ vitrified tile
flooring for living, dining and Bedrooms. Johnson Ceramic tiles
for kitchen, balcony and utility area. Kota stone will be laid
on the steps and corridors.
Doors and Windows
Solid Teak-wood main door with teak
wood frame. Teak frame for all other doors and windows. Designed
panel doors for bedrooms and waterproof flush doors for Toilets
and balconies. All window shutters in Teak wood with well designed
grills.
Toilets
Glazed ceramic tiles upto 7’
height. Parryware or equivalent brand toilet fixtures will be
used. Wall mixer and Health faucet will be provided in all toilets.
Parryware/ Hindware sanitary ware of any pastel colour will be

used. Modular switches of Anchor or equivalent brand will be used.

the living and Master bedroom. A/C power point will be provided
